These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BCD Distribution Ltd, referred to as the "Supplier", and individuals or companies using the website and online store located at www.bcd-distribution.com, referred to as the "Client(s)".
BCD Distribution Ltd is a company registered and operating under the laws of Bulgaria, UIC: BG207258546, with registered office at Ivan Katsarski 2, floor 4, Mladost district, Varna, Bulgaria. Contact: office@bcd-distribution.com, phone: +359 884 088 430.
The Supplier reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and will publish any changes on www.bcd-distribution.com. By using the website or placing an order, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
1.1. "Supplier" – BCD Distribution Ltd
1.2. "Website" – domain bcd-distribution.com
1.3. "Client" or "User" – any natural or legal person using the Website or placing an order
1.4. "Order" – an electronic document submitted by the Client to purchase goods and/or request services, including payment and delivery details
1.5. "Contract" – the distance sales agreement between the Supplier and the Client for goods and/or services purchased on the Website
1.6. "Goods" and "Services" – items or services offered on the Website
1.7. "Product Price" – price per unit or quantity in BGN, including VAT and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs
1.8. "Delivery Price" – cost of transport and delivery, including VAT
1.9. "Order Price" – total of Product Price and Delivery Price
1.10. "Commercial messages" – promotional content or marketing sent by the Supplier or third parties to the Client
2. Conditions of Use
2.1. By using the Website, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable Bulgarian and EU legislation.
2.2. These Terms apply to all users of the Website.
2.3. The Supplier may unilaterally update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are binding for all users.
2.4. The Supplier will notify Clients of material changes within 7 days by posting a notice on the Website or in the Client’s profile.
2.5. If a Client does not agree to changes, they may withdraw from the contract within one month of publication.
2.6. Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms.
3. Online Purchase of Goods
3.1. The Website allows Clients to order Goods and Services at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Supplier and compliance with these Terms.
3.2. All prices are in BGN and include VAT. The Supplier may adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3. The Client agrees to pay the Order Price for selected Goods and acknowledges that the price at the time of order applies.
3.4. The Supplier may change product specifications, prices, and delivery conditions and will notify Clients via the Website.
3.5. The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, but images and descriptions are for reference only.
4. Contract Formation and Orders
4.1. Orders create a binding contract once confirmed by the Supplier. The Supplier may use subcontractors for delivery.
4.2. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in order cancellation.
4.3. Clients may choose product types, quantities, delivery methods, and timeframes as offered on the Website.
4.4. Each product displays price, specifications, and additional information for informed purchasing.
4.5. Clients can review and modify their order before final confirmation.
4.6. Steps to complete an order:

Add items to the cart
Provide delivery details
Select payment method
Confirm the order
4.7. By confirming, the Client commits to pay the Order Price.
4.8. The Supplier confirms receipt of the order via email.
4.9. Additional confirmation may be requested. Failure to provide it may result in order cancellation.
4.10. Clients may cancel an order the same day by notifying the Supplier at office@bcd-distribution.com with the order number.
4.11. Notification of order registration does not constitute acceptance of the order.
4.12. The contract is considered concluded when the Client receives confirmation that the Goods are ready for shipment or the Service is ready to be provided.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Goods are delivered via courier to the Client’s address or courier office.
5.2. The Supplier ensures proper packaging.
5.3. If delivery fails for reasons beyond the Supplier’s control, the Client must contact the courier within two business days to arrange a new delivery.
5.4. Standard delivery times:
Varna: 3 working days
Other locations: 3 working days
Delays caused by couriers or external factors are not the Supplier’s responsibility.
5.5. Upon delivery, the Client must inspect the Goods. Any defects or missing accessories must be reported immediately to the courier and Supplier.
5.6. All claims follow Bulgarian Consumer Protection Law.
5.7. Clients may select the courier from those contracted with the Supplier. Risk passes to the Client upon receipt of Goods by them or their representative.
6. Contract Cancellation / Returns
6.1. Goods may not be available at the time of order. The Supplier will notify the Client within 48 hours.
6.2. The Supplier may refuse fulfillment for stock or price changes, notifying the Client by email or phone.
6.3. Clients may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods. Return conditions include intact packaging and original labels.
6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned Goods. The Client bears risk until the Goods are returned.
6.5. Refunds may be delayed until Goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.
7. Payment and Invoicing
7.1. Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes.
7.2. Payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other options specified in the order.
7.3. The Client must provide accurate invoicing information.
7.4. Invoices are sent electronically and may accompany the delivery.
8. Warranties and Claims
8.1. Goods have at least 2 years warranty unless specified otherwise. Warranty covers manufacturer defects, not damages from misuse, impacts, improper installation, or poor maintenance.
8.2. Claims require the order number and courier receipt.
8.3. Claims for visible defects must be made upon delivery; hidden defects within 2 years, but no later than 2 months from discovery.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the Website is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Clients may use content for personal purposes only.
9.2. Supplier retains all rights to the Website’s intellectual property.
9.3. Unauthorized use of content constitutes a violation subject to civil and criminal liability.
9.4. Commercial use requires prior written consent from the Supplier.
10. Liability
10.1. Use of the Website is at the Client’s risk.
10.2. The Supplier is not responsible for third-party services, product availability, or delays due to external factors.
10.3. The Supplier is not liable for data loss, software or hardware damage, or interrupted Internet connections.
11. Personal Data and Privacy
11.1. By using the Website, Clients consent to data processing for order fulfillment, marketing, and communications.
11.2. Data may be shared with third-party service providers such as couriers.
11.3. Clients can object to marketing communications and request deletion or correction of personal data by contacting office@bcd-distribution.com.
11.4. Cookies may be used to improve user experience.
12. Other Provisions
12.1. Disputes should be resolved amicably; unresolved disputes are subject to Bulgarian courts.
12.2. Bulgarian law governs any matters not covered in these Terms.
